Crafting Joy for All

I decided to start Noelle's Village so that I could celebrate all year long, my love of both Christmas and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. All of the items I offer will show the love that I have for both the season of giving and my home state. In that spirit, my prices will always be low and your satisfaction will always be guaranteed.
